Layered with loving intentions and your greatest good in mind, Reiki is a traditional Japanese practice that translates to English as "universal life energy". Through light touch and the movement of energy, Reiki activates the body's natural healing techniques and can provide benefits to the mind, body and spirit. In addition to restoring your physical and emotional well-being, Reiki can also be used to protect and clear past energies from your living and work environments. Animals are also capable of receiving Reiki, with treatments often focused on physical or behavioral concerns. 

 

Whatever your reason for seeking out Reiki may be, it's important to know there is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki. Client experiences vary from person to person, but at the very least, a feeling of calmness and ease is almost always achieved.
