It's all about you! This one-on-one session begins with gentle music and customized aromatherapy to aide in relaxation. A guided meditation follows and allows your mind and body the freedom of a well-deserved rest. During the session, light touch is applied on or slightly above the body, allowing the Reiki energy to flow. Verbal communication is limited during this time and most clients will find that they fall asleep or enter an extreme state of tranquility.  Each session is followed by a brief recap to discuss your experience and answer any questions you may have. Both in-person and distant sessions are available! Choose the best accommodation based on your comfort and availability. During a distant session, Reiki energy is passed intuitively through the universe and is intended to reach you regardless of your physical location.

Animals have feelings and souls too! Reiki for humans and animals is very similar, with the focus often being on the injured, stressed or nervous pet. Allow your best friend or livestock the opportunity to thrive and connect with the same self-healing tools that exist within you. Animal Reiki can aide in all types of illnesses, including post-surgical healing, allergies and emotional issues. In-person and distant sessions available.

Your home and office are extensions of your body and spirit; with our outer spaces having a profound impact on our inner lives.  Whether you just moved in, a new baby has arrived or the energy has just "been off" lately, a space cleansing will allow love, harmony, health, and prosperity in. I work closely with you to understand the history and your experience in the location. Intentions are set to protect your space, bring in the good and eliminate any negative and stagnant energy. A cleansing can also be used in anticipation of future events (e.g., important meeting, selling the property, etc). Each session includes smudging and individualized Reiki in the rooms of your choosing.

Smudging: An ancient ceremony in which sacred plants, such as sage, are used to clear and bless a space. Smudging can be customized to accommodate your needs, including various plant types and non-burning, "smokeless" options.
